POSSIBLE CHECKATRADE TROPHY OPPONENTS NAMED

08-Nov 11:09, by Ketts

The Addicks will be away from home in the next phase of the Checkatrade Trophy.

Tuesday's home defeat against Portsmouth, means that Charlton will now be away from home in the Second Round of the Checkatrade Trophy.

They will be paired with the winner of one of the other seven Southern groups, so will face one of the following:

Gillingham

West Ham U-21s/Bristol Rovers/Swindon

Yeovil/Plymouth/Chelsea U-21s

Swansea

Luton/AFC Wimbledon‎

MK Dons

Peterborough

The game will be played during week commencing 4 December, so it is possible the Addicks could have two trips to Kingsmeadow to play AFC Wimbledon in rapid succession.

The winners of the Second Round matches will then go into an unseeded, non-regionalised draw.

Third Round matches will be played during week commencing 8 January.

The draw for the Second Round will be made at Wembley on Friday evening at 6.30pm‎.
